What is incontinence?

Simple bed cover sheet is one of the cheapest solutions in case of incontinence. Bed cover sheets are usually made of two layers of material: top cotton layer and bottom waterproof fabric. These incontinence sheets are easy to use and wash and can hold up 2 liters of liquid.

Among the most practical incontinence sheets is the waterproof mattress pad, made of multilayer absorbent material prevents urine to reach the mattress. The only disadvantage is that due to thickness of fabric waterproof mattress pad needs longer time to dry after washing.

Another solution may be the rubber sheet. These sheets are usually made of cotton flannel bonded to rubber materials. Approved for medical use, these incontinence sheets are reusable and washable.

Vinyl mattress protector is also a practical product widely used by persons having incontinence issues. This product usually covers the entire mattress and has a zipping system that fixes it around the mattress. Vinyl covers are waterproof, odorless, soft and durable.
